He is a practicing lawyer with experience of about 10 years of litigation in the High Courts of New Delhi, Bombay; at Bombay as well as at Nagpur Bench, Tribunals and Forums including University and College Tribunal, Debt Recovery and their Appellate Tribunal, District Forum, and State Consumer Commission and also various other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities, Also adept at handling matters under Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Graduated the integrated B.A.L.L.B (5 Years Course), from the Nagpur University in the Year 2006, Vikramaditya started his career with a law firm in New Delhi and appeared before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Court as well as other Tribunals and even in the high stake arbitration matters.

He has an edge in the area of litigation strategy. He has represented the Maharashtra State Government before the High Court and District Courts.

I have got acumen in carrying out due diligence, drafting, and vetting various deeds and conveyances pertaining to real estate and also banking sector.

He has good analytical skills as regards the HR issues and also the strategy with respect to ‘employer’ as well as ‘employee’. He has got experience in handling IDA complaints and Applications, Matters under Unfair Labour and Trade Practices, Workmen’s Compensation Act, etc. as well as Non – Litigation areas such as Drafting and Advice on service agreements, franchise agreements, vendor agreements,
